Examples include where replacement-property capital is concentrating, which metros are attracting commercial-real-estate investment, which property sectors are most active, how QI economics work, how DST fundraising changes over time, and what professional disciplines participate in exchange transactions.
Every research page should identify dataset date, publisher, population, limitations and whether the figure represents actual 1031 transactions or a proxy such as DST property locations or CRE investor intentions.
